VEEDERSBURG— Mrs. Belle Fisher, 80, resident of this community for 60 years, died Thursday night at the Rudisill Nursing Home in Covington where she had been a patient for three weeks. She had been seriously ill since May. Born May 7, 1883, in Harrison County, Ind., she was the daughter of William and Rhoda Kesner Askran. She was married Dec. 31, 1902 to William F. Fisher, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Darrell and Garland Fisher, both of Veedersburg; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Askran of Blackwell, Okla., and O. W. Askran of Covington, and two sisters, Mrs. Riley Allen of Cates and Mrs. Holycross of Cayuga. Mrs. Fisher was a member of the First Christian Church of Veedersburg. Friends may call at the Fishero Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.  --typed by Walt W

VEEDERSBURG—Final rites for Mrs. Belle Fisher were held Sunday afternoon at the Fishero Funeral Home with Rev. Bennett Fulp of Crawfordsville officiating. Burial was in the Harveysburg Cemetery. Requested organ selections were played by Mrs. Gretchen Minnick. Pallbearers included Ralph Blizzard, William Flowers, Sam Allen, Jesse Allen, Dalmer Allen and Everett Tooker, nephews of the deceased.  --typed by Walt W
